Eligibility
To the extent funds are available, organized businesses operating in Puerto Rico, and Government of Puerto Rico entities are Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority eligible to receive a one-time rebate for a portion of the costs of a new, properly installed and functional WES.
Businesses (for profit and not for profit) will be eligible to receive a rebate for the purchase and installation of a new WES up to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the WES with a maximum rebate of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per WES per Facility.
